Substitution Policy
Photos for Reference: The pictures on our website are for reference only. Because flowers are natural products, individual blooms may vary slightly in size, shape, and exact shade.
Seasonal Shifts: Fresh flowers depend on seasonal availability and market stock.
Preserving the Look: If a specific flower in a photo is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar bloom. We guarantee the arrangement will maintain the same color palette, style, and overall look as the photo.
Equal Value: Any substituted flower will be of equal or greater value than the original.
Major Changes: If a main focal flower is unavailable and its replacement will noticeably change the overall look, we will contact you for approval before creating and delivering your order.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
